The new me

I was quite dissappointed because lately my friends said that i have gain my weight. One of my friends, Andi told me that i looks slim in first time she saw me. Now, i am getting more weight due to my eating habit is too over than usual. I usually eat late night such as rice. As we know, rice is not good for us taking it at night. It can gain our weight easily. But i am too stubborn without worrying it at all. Other than that, my eating habits was too obvious. I eat for about three times a day. I still remember when i was at PLKN last year. The first time i am entering PLKN, my weight is 52kg. But then, two months later when i have finished the PLKN training. My weight gain was too sudden. I was quite shocked because it reaching 60kg! I dont know what to do with myselves. I just kept ignoring it and now my weight loss 2kg. Its just 58.5kg! Even though the decreasing number just a little bit. I am very satisfied of myselves. Now, my eating habits come again. And i am worried that my weight would become like the old one. In order i am not too slim, i am thankful that my nutrition in my body is good due to my favourite foods is vegetables and fruits. However, i love myselves and i just want to be the real me without bothering others. I love my life being and i hope i can live with healthy body! :)
