sport like badminton , squash , jogging and others . For me , sport can make my saturated and not fat in my body burned . Before this , when i was a school student , every evening my friends and i went to the school field for hockey fitness and i as a busybody at there because my best friends were hockey's player and me just joined it for fitness. When they were busy playing hockey , i brought my badmintons and played it with senior's school . The fitness was started on every 4 pm and ended at 6pm .
