My pavlova

Last 3 months , my sister-in-law taught me how to make pavlova. I am very excited and when I tried to do by myself with the following recipe given and guidance. It's not been a good pavlova like i imagined it before .
Pavlova ingredient is too sensitive for the began making . The white egg cannot be mixed with any ingresdient even it was a drop of water in that bowl , so i had been carefully to did it in beginning.
But i don't know why my first pavlova was not be like normal pavlova ,it's flatten and cracking when i took it out from oven but the tasted still same and chewy. Oh my god, i am craving pavlova when i am wrote about pavlova, i can felt the sweety of and crunchy of pavlova and the freshy fruits on the top of the pavlova .
After done my first pavlova , i did it again the next day and never give up and i hopefully that my second pavlova will be successfully. Alhamdulillah , i did it very well. And lastly that pavlova is my last pavlova i did it . I hope soon i can do it again the pavlova because i did't much time to make pavlova . I love pavlova so much .
