It's almost a month our
country being affected by the haze. Day by day it is getting worst. Besides,
the number of patients in clinic and hospital also increase due to the haze.
Usually people would tend to get sore eyes, headache, and cough as a symptom
being affected by the haze including me. Lately, my eyes tend to get sore eyes
and it feels really irritating due to itchiness. There are no choices rather
than to rub my eyes until it turn red which makes it looks worse. Some schools
were directed to close by the ministry of education. Fortunately, the weather
forecast indicates perhaps the haze will end by the end of this month. I am
really glad to hear that. Last but not least, as a precaution, here I attach
some tips to you to take care yourself during haze:
• Drink plenty of water
• Avoid strenuous
activity and stay indoors where possible
• If you have heart or
lung problems, be more vigilant. See a doctor if you feel unwell
• Eat more fruits and
vegetables to keep our body from illness and maintain the healthy skin and inner organ of our body
besides to avoid constipation.
• Wear a mask
Remember our health is our wealth!
